So the sand man didnt take me to dream land until about 3am this morning. Needless to say i was exhausted today for work. All in all i had a good day at work but a bad day in general.
I had gotten a voicemail from my old NC neighbor saying my old house had gotten broken into and that my husband's friends' car had been broken into and trashed. Since I was the only connect for the police in NC I had to break the news to James and David so they could contact NC police from CA where they are training.
With the stress of the divorce, training, and the news of loosing everything that belongs to him James' (my husband who is divorcing me) aparently blacked out and seemingly had a seizure. He is fine however, I was an emotional wreck over it. I do still love him. This all happened around 14:00 today.
The remainder of my work day went by suprisingly fast but i think that is only because i had my mind on James and not work. At this point i am relieved to know James is fine but i feel so shitty that they have lost everything and I do mean everything. What wasn't stolen had been vandalized beyond saving.
I do have to say that I am glad this didnt happen while i was still living there but at the same time I feel like it is somehow my fault. That maybe if I had worked harder to make things work I would have still been there and the house would not have been targeted. Oh well. Everyone is at least safe and that is good.

Just another day...
So, I'm not too sure about this. Haven't blogged or done online journaling since early highschool but here we go....
Today was another day off. I didnt accomplish much of anything really. I did spend time with John today, my daughter's father. We slept most of the day away on the couch untill i took him to work. It was a relaxing day if nothing else.
On my way home Kym invited me over to her house and then to her sister in-laws. It's always good to see old friends. Kym and I have known each other since 1st grade! Before we got to her sister in-laws we hit up the Publix to pick up dinner and then it was off to the in-laws. We had made subs for dinner and Veronica had her first experience on the trampoline. I do wish I had had the camera!
Around seven I headed home and well, here I am. I work tomarrow, yay so we will just have to see how the goes.
